When will I get my order?

We try and get all orders out either same day or next day via regular Australia Post.
Australia wide orders will take up to 2 to 5 days to arrive, International a little longer allow up to 14 days for international orders but they generally do arrive before 14 days. We post all international orders over via Australia Post Air Mail.

What is your returns policy?

We’re happy to accept returns if your item has a fault or if you somehow have a problem and made a mistake with your order. All returns must be made within 15 days
• Contact us before you send your order back. Tell us what the problem is and we’ll make sure we can fix it
• Please return item in unworn, re-sellable condition.
• If you have made a mistake on your order (ie. you ordered the wrong size) you will need contact us, post the item back in un-worn condition and pay the shipping cost on the appropriate size you need, sorry that’s just the way it is! If we don’t have the size you need left in stock we will be happy to refund the product price less postage.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship anywhere we can via Australia Post.

What payment methods do you accept?

Through our online store we accept Credit Card, Debit Card (i.e. Visa Debit Card) and Paypal for payments which are all processed through the paypal system which is 100% safe and secure.
For Australian residents who don’t have these methods available we are happy to work out a bank transfer or money order option, contact us before you place your order if you need these options, Australian residents only.
